What is user-centred management?

IT production resources such as applications, servers, storage, networks and clients are increasingly being virtualised. Cloud services and the consumerisation of IT are being used more and more for accessing services and devices. Rather than reducing complexity, this is making IT landscapes increasingly heterogeneous again and requires the use of many different tools, consoles and experts.

This is where IT relies on high-performance products such as Microsoft System Centre or administration tools for Active Directory. These are indispensable in modern IT operations.
