A holistic delivery model for your software projects

For your agile software development projects, Materna offers onshore, offshore and nearshore capacity at locations both in Germany and abroad, including various sites in Germany, other European countries and Asia. Our Scrum teams are seamlessly integrated, and the delivery model is easily scalable and flexible. Take advantage of the additional cost benefits.

Integrated cross-border delivery model

With our approach, we offer you an integrated, cross-border delivery model for development activities, through which we support your digitalisation projects. In many projects, a delivery model within the EU plays a key role, which is why we focus on development activities in EU countries. Furthermore, we have a strategic partnership with InfoBeans, enabling us to achieve greater delivery efficiency in project implementation. Accordingly, our focus is primarily on development activities in EU countries. We are continuously expanding our shoring offering. Our staff are proficient at all skill levels and cover the entire spectrum from consultancy through to software development, application management and managed services.

A look at our office in Bratislava

At our office in Bratislava, Slovakia, we employ highly skilled IT professionals. The staff based there are fully integrated into the agile Scrum project teams working on our German and international client projects. They provide consultancy, design and development services, as well as support and application management. Key technologies include ServiceNow, BMC and Java. Studies show that the quality of project outcomes improves when communication takes place consistently in the client’s native language. At Materna, too, communication within the project teams is one of the most important factors for success. Only regular and efficient coordination with the entire project team and direct dialogue with clients make a decisive contribution to project success. Our project languages are therefore German, English and Slovak.
