About the Materna Group

As the Materna Group, we are internationally positioned and employ over 4,500 people at more than 40 locations worldwide. Together, we are passionate about implementing innovative and sustainable IT and digitalisation projects for more than 1,200 customers. These include DAX-listed companies, medium-sized businesses and many federal and state authorities. Our group is one of the top employers in the IT sector and one of the highest-turnover IT consulting and system integration companies in Germany (Lünendonk). Our IT group of companies includes several subsidiaries and holdings. For more than 40 years, Materna has stood for sustainable management, innovative IT projects and the best quality in software projects. And for all our progress, we also stand for tradition and stability: to this day, we are one hundred per cent privately owned by the two founding families.
