About the Materna Group

As the Materna Group, we have an international presence and employ over 4,500 staff across more than 40 locations worldwide. Together, we are passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable IT and digitalisation projects for more than 1,200 clients. These include DAX-listed companies, high-growth medium-sized enterprises and numerous federal and state government agencies. Our group ranks among the top employers in the IT sector and is one of the highest-turnover IT consultancy and systems integration companies in Germany (Lünendonk). Our IT group comprises several subsidiaries and associated companies. For more than 40 years, Materna has stood for sustainable business practices, innovative IT projects and the highest quality in software projects. And alongside all this progress, we also stand for tradition and stability: to this day, we remain 100 per cent privately owned by the two founding families.
