We help you establish an effective governance framework, ranging from PMO structures and portfolio and prioritisation processes to committee structures and decision-making processes. This includes transparent status and risk management mechanisms, dependency management, and a pragmatic reporting system that enables governance rather than merely documenting progress. This ensures that objectives, resources and implementation remain under control throughout the roadmap.
