In the management team, the Executive Board and Executive Management Board jointly set the course for the secure and sustainable future of our group of companies. With clear competences and responsibilities, we act in a targeted and transparent manner for our employees, customers and partners.

Michael Hagedorn

Chairman of the Executive Board and the Executive Management Board

Michael Hagedorn is Chairman of the Executive Board of the Materna Group. He is also responsible for the Public Sector division, the Enterprise Transformation division and the Corporate Development, Marketing & Communications, Employer Branding and Corporate Social Responsibility divisions. He is also responsible for the subsidiaries Materna TMT, Materna Virtual Solution GmbH, Materna Infrastructure Solutions GmbH and TraffGo Road GmbH.

Dr René Rüdinger

Member of the Executive Board and the Executive Management Board

Dr René Rüdinger is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Materna Group. He is responsible for the Enabling Functions with the areas of Finance, Controlling & Tax, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Locations & Facility Management, Information Governance & Quality Management, Corporate IT, Enterprise Services and M&A as well as Human Resources.

Uwe Scariot

Member of the Executive Board and the Executive Management Board

Uwe Scariot, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, is responsible for Cross Market Services and the subsidiary agineo. He is also responsible for internationalisation, nearshore and offshore and managed services as well as the locations in Norway, Sweden and Slovakia in the Cross Organisational Delivery division. Uwe Scariot also has overall responsibility for cbs and its subsidiaries and leoquantum.

Sora Kim

Member of the Executive Management Board

Sora Kim is Senior Vice President People & Culture and heads the People & Culture central unit. She is responsible for Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, People Services & Payroll and Labour Law.

Dr Christian Samulewicz

Member of the Executive Management Board

Dr Christian Samulewicz is Senior Vice President Group Marketing & Communications and heads the Marketing & Communications division. He is responsible for the strategic and operational marketing of the Materna Group's brand and product portfolio.

Dr Jan Bünnemeyer

Member of the Executive Management Board

Dr Jan Bünnemeyer is Senior Vice President Group Legal Department and heads the Legal & Compliance division, where he is responsible for the legal support of all Materna Group companies. He also ensures that all business activities are carried out within the framework of the applicable laws.

Helmut an de Meulen

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Helmut an de Meulen is Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a founding shareholder of the Materna Group. He founded the group of companies together with Dr Winfried Materna in 1980 and retired from management in 2015.

Dr Winfried Materna

Member of the Supervisory Board

Dr Winfried Materna is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a founding shareholder of the Materna Group. Together with Helmut an de Meulen, he founded the group of companies in 1980 and retired from management in 2015.

Dieter Kraß

Member of the Supervisory Board

Dieter Kraß is an employee representative on the Supervisory Board and a member of the Materna Works Council and the SE Works Council. The graduate computer scientist has been with Materna since 1985.

Nicole Materna

Member of the Supervisory Board

Nicole Materna is a member of the Supervisory Board and shareholder of the Materna Group. The business graduate has been with Materna for more than 15 years.

Lennart an de Meulen

Member of the Supervisory Board

Lennart an de Meulen is a member of the Supervisory Board and shareholder of the Materna Group. The management consultant specialises in the areas of digital/IT strategy and technology transformation.

Maria Brandt

Member of the Supervisory Board

Maria Brandt is a member of the Supervisory Board and Materna Works Council. She has a degree in computer science and has been with Materna since 1995.
