A sustainable cloud transformation requires a sound FinOps mindset right from the start. We do not simply shift existing inefficiencies to the cloud, but assess workloads on a case-by-case basis (re-platforming vs. re-architecting). Through the consistent use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and the standardisation of cost data (for example, in line with current FOCUS specifications), we make resource consumption transparent, controllable and optimisable from day one.

Instead of an uncontrolled ‘Big Bang’, we rely on planned migration waves and smart analyses. We establish clear RACI structures and use intelligent, tool-supported process models for migration routing to identify dependencies at an early stage. This enables even highly complex enterprise landscapes to be migrated to the cloud step by step and without any downtime.

Absolutely. We design architectures to meet the highest compliance and data protection requirements. This includes the targeted use of sovereign cloud solutions – for example, through deployments in dedicated, highly secure and regionally isolated zones such as the forthcoming AWS European Sovereign Cloud (Brandenburg region, eu-is-central-1). In this way, we combine maximum cloud agility with strict data sovereignty.

We’re saying goodbye to manual click-through sequences in consoles. With Infrastructure as Code (IaC), we treat entire environments just like software. A container alone does not constitute a cloud-native architecture.
