With the appointment of Philipp Kleinmanns as Managing Director of Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH, the company is signalling its clear commitment to innovation and proactive adaptation to market dynamics. Kleinmanns, who can look back on a 16-year career within the Materna Group, brings extensive industry knowledge and experience to the role, which will be of great value in leading and further developing the company’s cyber security initiatives.

New leadership consistently consolidates cyber security expertise within the group
In August 2023, a decision was taken to create a unified offering by integrating Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH and other business units under the Materna Radar Cyber Security brand. As part of this process, Kleinmanns was appointed as a central portfolio manager with overall responsibility for cyber security, with a view to maximising synergies within the Group. In his new role as Managing Director for Austria, Kleinmanns will be supported by Michael Stelzhammer, who is responsible for enabling functions, and Alexis Kahr, who is responsible for sales. Both already hold key positions at Materna Radar Cyber Security Austria GmbH.
As part of the strategic reorganisation, the previous Managing Director, Christian Polster, is leaving the company following the successful completion of the post-merger integration. “We would like to thank Christian Polster for his exceptional commitment and support during the integration phase and wish him all the best for his future career,” says Uwe Scariot.
