Materna joins Atlassian’s partner ecosystem to offer high-velocity service management

Focus on optimising service management and creating value for customers

The Materna Group joined the Atlassian Partner Ecosystem in October 2024. As a new member of this ecosystem, Materna is combining its expertise with Atlassian’s proven solutions to offer customers innovative and agile service management solutions, particularly in the field of high-velocity service management.

“We are delighted to welcome Materna as an Atlassian partner,” says Björn Malmström, Head of EMEA Channels at Atlassian. “Their proven expertise in ITSM and their success with Jira Service Management make them a strong addition to our ecosystem. With their dedicated Atlassian practice and having achieved ITSM specialisation and Platinum status, we look forward to working together to create even greater value for our customers.”

Faster value creation and optimised teamwork

Today, organisations face the challenge of developing and delivering more digital services quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment. Atlassian’s comprehensive portfolio, including products such as Jira Service Management, brings DevOps, IT and business teams together on a unified, AI-powered platform. This enables seamless collaboration, faster response times to changes, incidents and requests, and optimised risk management.

Focus on service management – the key to success

Enterprise Service Management is at the heart of the partnership. Atlassian’s solutions enable requests from various areas of the organisation – from IT and HR to facilities management – to be managed centrally. By pooling knowledge and streamlining processes, teams can work more efficiently. Features such as customisable templates, dynamic forms and AI-powered project configuration offer a bespoke solution that can be implemented more quickly than traditional ITSM systems and adapts to growing requirements.

“Atlassian is constantly expanding its range of applications to cement its position amongst the leaders in service management. For Materna, as a service management specialist and leader, the partnership with Atlassian is therefore a logical step,” says Andreas Breid, Senior Vice President Service Platforms, Materna.

A strategic team-based approach for sustainable success

The partnership is based on a clear team-based approach: Atlassian’s solutions promote collaboration within teams and across departmental boundaries. The integration of the entire Atlassian portfolio into Materna’s services creates a comprehensive offering that supports organisations in implementing agile and future-oriented service processes. The collaboration between the two companies ensures that customers benefit from more efficient service delivery and greater cost-effectiveness.
