Change to the Executive Board: Chief Financial Officer Michael Knopp is leaving Materna

Materna regrets Michael Knopp’s departure.

The Supervisory Board of the international IT services provider Materna Information & Communications SE announces that Michael Knopp, a member of the Executive Board and CFO, is stepping down from the Executive Board at his own request with effect from 31 March 2021, but will remain available to the company in an advisory capacity until 30 June 2021.

Since May 2017, Michael Knopp has been responsible, amongst other things, for the finance division, human resources and other central units of the Materna Group. The search for a new Executive Board member is already underway. Until a successor is appointed, Martin Wibbe, Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO, will take over Michael Knopp’s duties on an interim basis.
