agineo is gearing up for the next phase of the ServiceNow market

Materna subsidiary refines its strategic focus and strengthens its management team

The market for enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow solutions is changing. Today, companies expect more than just the successful roll-out of a platform. They are looking for partners who can operate platforms securely, continuously develop them further and unlock new potential through artificial intelligence. Materna’s subsidiary agineo is responding to this development with a new strategic focus.

In future, the focus of further development will be particularly on AI-supported platform solutions, cyber security and managed services. To implement this strategy, the Materna Group is strengthening agineo’s management team. Going forward, Uwe Scariot, a member of the Materna Group’s Executive Board and Managing Director of agineo, and Philipp Kleinmanns, Senior Vice President at the Materna Group, will jointly lead the company. The aim is to further expand Materna’s position as the key partner with the strongest implementation capabilities for complex digitalisation projects in critical environments.

A new market phase calls for new solutions

“The ServiceNow market is entering a new phase. More and more business-critical processes are being consolidated onto centralised platforms – from HR and customer service to IT. Their performance is increasingly determining how quickly companies can implement innovations, meet regulatory requirements and make productive use of artificial intelligence. This is precisely why we are consistently developing agineo further,” explains Uwe Scariot.

Management team strengthened

Philipp Kleinmanns will be responsible for the strategic development of agineo alongside Uwe Scariot. The focus will be on expanding the AI and security business, high-quality managed services and further internationalisation.

“agineo has established itself as a strong ServiceNow partner. We are building on that. We are continuing to develop our range of services in a targeted manner in line with market requirements and strengthening our role as a partner for complex, business-critical platform solutions based on ServiceNow,” says Philipp Kleinmanns.

This reorganisation marks the end of Thomas Haveneth’s tenure as Managing Director of agineo. Under his leadership, the company has developed into a successful ServiceNow partner and has continuously expanded its project business. The Materna Group thanks him for his great commitment and the successful development of the company. Building on this foundation, agineo is now setting its sights on the next phase of growth.
